Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or use advertising trackers on this site.
Website analytics
To understand whether this site is useful and how visitors find it, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It records page views and limited technical information, including the referring site, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel provides the results to us as anonymous, aggregated statistics and does not use cookies for this service. PlaceMerch does not use these statistics to identify you or build advertising profiles, and we do not send information entered in the enquiry form to Web Analytics.
How we found you
If PlaceMerch emailed you first, it’s because we identified your shop using publicly available business information, such as your website or Google Business listing. Reply to that email or contact hello@placemerch.comat any time to opt out of further contact — we’ll stop reaching out and delete your details on request.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if you proceed, fulfil your order. Contact hello@placemerch.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
